Tampa - Tampa General Rehabilitation Center
From the critical moment you enter the hospital the process of recovery begins. Rehabilitation spans the full medical continuum, with services provided in the intensive care unit and followed through an individual’s return to home and community. Members of our rehabilitation team are there every step of the way, providing medical, therapeutic and case management services. Such early intervention allows a smooth and successful transition through all phases of rehabilitation. Our location on the campus of TGH provides easy access to state-of-the-art medical care, bridging the gap between rehabilitation and the highly specialized medical and diagnostic needs of our patients.

Wauchula - Florida Institute for Neurologic Rehabilitation
The Florida Institute for Neurologic Rehabilitation provides a safe, structured therapeutic environment in which to teach self-control and alternative, more successful behaviors. Our Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation program is designed to prepare people with Neurologic impairments for community integration, where newly learned behaviors and self-control techniques can be generalized to community and vocational environments.

Winter Haven - Winter Haven Hospital - Outpatient Program
Rehabilitation Services of Winter Haven Hospital has Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation programs to care for members of our Polk County community. From back injuries to brain injuries, there are services available to help with recovery. At both locations, the Winter Haven Hospital Rehabilitation Services staff is experienced, specially trained, and dedicated to providing hands-on care to assist persons with increased participation in their environment of choice.

The services provided for the brain-injured patient include Occupational, Physical and Speech therapies, Neuropyschology/counseling and when appropriate Vocational services. The program employs an RN/Case Manager and a Social Worker to assist with medication education and connecting with community resources for the patient and family.

Our facility is an outpatient setting that is accessible to the public and is open Monday through Friday from 8 to 5:30 PM. Our patients have been discharged from an inpatient or home health system of care and are able to physically access an outpatient center. The majority of our patients remain in their home environment of choice and travel to the Center by car or public transport. The Social Worker may assist in finding Independent Living situations for those who choose them.

Kennebunk - River Ridge Center
As one of only four free-standing facilities in the nation devoted to the care of people with acquired brain injury, RiverRidge offers an environment of expertise, compassion and respect for the individual. To meet the needs of our clients, we have an extensive clinical staff, including physicians, case managers, therapists and nurses all specially trained to help people with acquired brain injury make the most of their recovery.

RiverRidge is committed to providing treatment and rehabilitation services to individuals with acquired brain injury so that they may return to their homes and communities at their highest level of functioning.
